Nope. It was revealed earlier. I just read from 1 to current and it was part of why Remilia wants revenge on the prince as well as the others- the potions influenced them, but they still chose to believe all those lies in the face of what they knew to be true about her, which crushed Emi's heart.

The ancient beings have been dealt with. Remilia saw to it. If there is no crisis, then the Star Maiden can't go out and do anything. It would be like entering a game, and beating the story before the player gets out of the extended tutorial. That's what happened. Pina has nothing except the allies she currently has. She can't gather any more. And those allies are being laughed at.

considering her personality, no, she doesnt commit evil acts in plain sight, she is more like a manipulator that makes other people doing stuff for her

Revenge and all that is good and all but Wasn't one of Emi's initial goal was to be friend with the Star maiden? Not the bitch processing her but the original. WHAT IF just like in case of Emi and Remilia the original soul of Star maiden is also alive inside her. Maybe the shocking defeat will bring her out like how Remilia got out.
Bittersweet would be Remilia effort also reawaken Emi(Remilia).

Pina's current user used to play the game, yes. She'd also play social games, bullying, lying, making everyone else's lives a living hell. She finally got caught when someone brought a camera to catch her lies, and she ended up dying in her room because she couldn't bring herself to leave. She became Pina and thinks this is her chance for happiness, her reward. So she's still acting the way she used to. Funnily enough, she'll be caught on magical camera again, but this time she'll be locked up and won't be allowed to die. They won't let her take the easy way out. Pina will be locked up and working in the mines with those she conspired with, those who go down with her, and they'll make her pay for it. She gets assaulted in every way, but won't be allowed to die. Remilia will enduce dreams for Pina where she gets everything she wanted out of life, only to wake up and come back to the mines and getting beat up by the nobles she brought down with her. And Remilia will flaunt that she's married to Angel. Pina gets her own hell, and she won't be allowed to leave it. Well, she will, if she apologizes. However, she's not that kind of person, so she can't.

That's why I'm so interested in seeing all this play out. It's glorious.

From what I heard they cut out her tongue too, so she CAN'T ever apologize. She's left to silently be in her own hell.
