Likely they're one of the people that blocked the group that most recently translated chapters when they started sniping this series. The other group only translated up to 75 before dropping this; thus the apparent gap

well... the main idea is to make Empire eyes fixated upon them so that the special force to USSR could be send stealthily. and this Drake decide to tune distraction to 11 by actually crossing the border to make it doubly sure that Empire eyes is fixated upon them. using rookie training as a diplomatic reasoning of why Kingdom mage is in Imperial airspace should Empire envoy complaining. kinda more sensible than having a veteran getting lost. too bad Empire response is way more drastic than anticipated (straight up open fire without warning, as things should normally be done).

The Empire is already fixated on them, that’s why the whole situation is the way it is right? The USSR operation is expected to take weeks at the least and because of the current tensions, going to 11 really makes no sense for this very reason: should fighting start and this unreinforced “decoy” front be blown down, Tanya and her response squad are nowhere nearby to support. In fact conflict could put the operation in jeopardy because it could cause mobilization across the allies, effectively cutting off her evac route and possibly revealing the operation totally.
As to the warning, wasn’t that alluded to/mentioned in the chapter. The allies were discussing how a movement by a ship is more excusable because of the lack of mobility and tenuous border location. A ship full of novices has a full radio setup to receive the warning, probable deniability of aggression, and the movement capabilities to rather slowly readjust. That’s why that stacked commander was out there in the first place: to possibly test the strategy all while exposing the novices to the enemy. All of that goes out the window with an aerial unit. I stand by it, this decision by their commander makes no sense. If they want to draw attention then they launch from the boat in the opposite direction along the border IN SIGHT of the ships to bait a response, but not cross over to hostility.

Have you guys checked out the official release? If you do, then you will know official release is already on Chapter 80, so it's not much use to go back and translate those and is better to find a good aggregator site to read them if you can't access them legally.

As for this, it's (C82) way better than what he quality he released in 81.5 and thousand times more better than fu*kers legend and reset scans.

Keep it up nexus! But make sure to check official release and letting us know what their status is in comments or chapter credits

They already appeared and this arc was also already covered. The manga has not caught up to the anime yet.
This was all part of the movie btw. I think the next 10 chapters will cover what the movie already went through

I'll have to rewatch it but I'm pretty sure the movie jumps the volunteers from an American base camp straight to arriving in Moscow at the same time as Tanya did.
