I read it before. And I know that every chapter was a new day but I dont think those were days next to each other.
There were points in the story (like already at the beginning with the mouse's broken leg's healing speed or how fast christmas came) that implies that the chapters are not 100 following day in that world but instead its 100 consecutive day in our world as the chapters were made in 100 days
