It sure is complicated, but to be honest he doesn't see her as his mom and I think that he doesn't really share a "family"-bond with his father, in fact he doesn't want to look like him. So is it incest if they marry each other? Yes it is, even if they're not bloodrelated. But actually, I just think that if Mark met her before his father, it would be a complete different story. And it also depends on how Celeste(/Celestine?) sees her stepson, but he's not even her type and she sees him as her son, so the chances of them getting together are really low.
