Well, that's fine; but, now, grab his thumb or his middle finger, and ruin his hand.
Akeru probably didn't even attempt to listen to him. He is in a rebellious stage after all.
Sugawa's gonna show that guy how a real man takes care of a girl.
I do think the ex's opinion of 'women belong in the kitchen' is a serious red flag that being with him will only lead to a toxic/abusive relationship. I'm just trying to make sense of his behavior and logic for the kind of relationship he wants based on what's been seen so far and why he thinks such treatment towards Tokimori is acceptable.Played out better? It's showing the Ex as abusive, him wanting her to be a housewife was specifically for control purposes. It didn't in any way state housewife = bad.
Have you quoted the wrong part? I was responding to someone, my comment was:I mean, who cares if he listens or not. You're really going to let someone, even a younger brother, drag you out of your own home like that? Who cares if he's rebelling, he can rebel on his own. How spineless do you have to be to allow that, it just boggles my mind. Have a conversation, and if they refuse just have them leave on their own, it's not that complicated.
Sadly abusive partners logic alot of the time goes out the window. Alot of the time they just think its what they "deserve".I do think the ex's opinion of 'women belong in the kitchen' is a serious red flag that being with him will only lead to a toxic/abusive relationship. A kind of projection, for sure.Sadly abusive partners logic alot of the time goes out the window. Alot of the time they just think its what they "deserve".
Oh it's over yet. Chapter 15 ends in a cliffhanger too.Nice to see the MC go full Chad at the end there.
A lot of people pointed out how cartoonishly evil the "obvious bad guy" ex was but like there's actual people like that out there and considering he will probalby stop mattering in the story completely they kind of had to make him like that, him being a bad ex is all there needs to be for the character. Sure the trope is played out, but honestly I am just happy how quick we went through this played out storyline.
