Said eye contact after the embarrassing sound resulted in the extreme blushing. Which, presumably, resulted in MC's own extreme blush.

Senpai is....a weird character
Like, I guess some people might like her....but looking at it, she's the annoying type.
Being curious is cool, but when you start bothering people, you gotta go.
She's importunate, insistent, doesn't get the message, doesn't read the room and we can add she doesn't respect personal space. And from the few istances we saw her (and the other guy reactions), it's something she does constantly.
