i love cheese-in hamburg steak~ 😊 they're super easy to make too. Thanks so much for the chapter!
hamburg steaks are not like hamburger pls dont compare them they taste quite different.
i guess it's closest counterpart would be salisbury steak in the west?
He is making enough gold to buy a castle every day he goes hunting and yet he is still concerned about the spare change he'd make from reselling shop items?? 🤨
@GrimGriefer
he needs the gold to buy things from the "other world shop" and the things he has to buy, let alone the quantity, cost quite the amount of gold
@Flyingpantsu Who care about fat? And mixing beef with pork with a specific ratio is the recipe to make a good hamburg steak. Using only beef will make the patty too dry.
@miyako19 My point is that the fat is its own kind. A simple recipe is 1/3 pork fat + 1/3 pork + 1/3 beef.
And it's a waste to just mince all the meat instead of reserving the noble parts.
@Mapax hmm, not something sold where I live, I have a feeling because. those bags are harder to recycle than the plastic bottles. Usually we have things like Costco which sell a bulk version so you can refill the smaller version. Condiments are far cheaper that way
@miyako19 I dunno what context you're saying that fat doesn't matter, but fat is extremely important in cooking, especially in hamburgers. Usually most chefs go with a 15% fat to 85% meat ratio in their burger patties. Some go with 20% fat. Fat = flavor and succulence. The percentage of fat to meat ratio is really important for consistency and integrity of the shape when cooking as well.
What's cute about this chapter :
1. Sui imitating the grinder
2. Sui helping Mukodad cooks
3. Sui helps his dad to wash dishes
4. Feru offers to mince meat but rejected. Sorry, Fel, but who knows what attached to your claws? 😂😂
I'm reading this at midnight and it's no understatement that I wanted to devour a whole buffet-size meal so bad.
I like molten cheese stuffing with meat, it just enhances everything.. it's true justice.
same goes for chocolate, but for buns of course.. and Bavarian for donuts too
Honestly, I'm questioning why he never bought bigger pans and skillets. He'd be be able to make a ton more food quickly instead of having to cook like 5 batches one after another.
