That santa Tsukasa is blessed. That being said, I wouldn't recommend cardio before you lift outside of a light warmup. That's counterproductive unless you only want to build endurance and not muscles.

I prioritize the amount I run over the amount I lift. I'd rather run for as long as I possibly can and then fail to lift as much than the other way around.
Also...building muscle is overrated. My suits bulge at the chest. I'd rather work on muscular definition, the tone of my body. So again, my priorities are just different.

I've already tried lifting weights and then running. I run a mile and then call it quits out of sheer exhaustion. So I agree with Nasa's training method for what he wants to do, which is get in shape.

The first link doesn't support what you said. The article goes out of its way to say that exercise is a highly personalized endeavor. The second one explains that running reduces only lower body strength. Which is fine for me, since if I run, I'm not about to go do squats.

He can't even do one because author can't decide whether he's doing a chin-up or a pull-up. If you keep swapping your hands like that any exercise will be tough!

I decided to workout again after months of student teaching and reading manga. I couldn't. Now, my muscle comes back fast, but the first day, I couldn't.

I don't feel the same way about this manga anymore after the previous chapter because it raises a "Mysterious Flag"

Either it will lead us to a good ending, or a bad ending... Only time will tell

Finally.we had our first December punchline:Losing/gaining weight for Christmas!

I'm all ahead of you guys, l'm losing weight since start of October and now i feel lighter!

The best way to lose weight "even you are not good at lifting,doing cardio" is :Biking!

Do a long ride bike for more then 3 hours far from your city-----------back,and you lose some weight for a good start.
