So Miyoi is the same type of Youkai that briefly massed dipped out of Gensokyo in either WAHH or FS, and I think the implication is that since she now lives in Suika's gourd, she may have accidentally set up Geidontei for failure.

Some of the best writing ZUN has come up with so far, we got this whole arc going where it actually feels like some tough decisions have to be made, sooner or later.
The characters also feel more alive than ever before, their interactions and personalities have been fleshed out much better than in previous works.
Great and expressive art by Mizutaki wraps everything together nicely.

Might be my new favorite 2hu manga.
