So, let’s get rid of the obvious ones! Rose is based on the flower,the English word come from French, so Rose = Rose, easy peasy. (TBF, here it is ALSO the word for pink…) It IS a relatively common name for a French woman… 30 years ago it had fell out of fashion, and older people today might remember it more as a “grandma” name, but it gained back a lot of popularity recently, and I even ended up dating someone that had a young niece named Rose a couple years back.

Their family name, Sorcière, is really just “Witch”. Fun fact, this is the feminine form of “Sorcier”, usually translated as “sorcerer” in English. Yes, this cause multiple problems when translating fantasy RPGs and TTRPGs like D&D where “Sorcerer” and “Witch” are often completely different “classes”.
So her name is either “Rose Witch” or “Pink Witch”. Probably Rose,
Louis is simply a very common name, and incidentally the name of a couple of very well known French kings.

(if you have good eyes, you’ll see a “guillotine” joke in one of the side “scribbles” when talking about their enemies… because of course. XD )

And it's pretty weird to me, that the nominal opponents he's on the look out for, are the Americans and the Swiss. The first one makes sense, it's a standard trope. The latter, is rare. I can only assume France and Switzerland have problems in this world.

with a sister like that I too would be like Number 8. That said what did he expect when he pulled that off. She has already clearly shown you she is way faster than you because you barely noticed what she did despite being known fir your speed

He knew she did "something", but he probably couldn't imagine it was super speed so much faster than him that he couldn't see it. He was probably assuming she either teleported or turned invisible.

My guess:

He will attack, and Kino will deflect all of his strikes like they would be nothing, while repeatedly asking him to leave the staff-only area.

If someone asks her what did happen, she just mentions that she had to deal with a weird costumer, but not the attacks, as she doesn't even register him as a threat.

The ultimate insult to a low number.
