Leaving the cult member uniform set and handcuffs with the MC's DNA traces (saliva, nasal mucus and sweat) almost right at the scene could've led to something, if it was a passable story
And if it was a proper story, Kinoko'd not let herself get caught, because the military and police personnel'd remove hoods and masks of every captured suspect of terrorist activity and record their faces on cameras (dash-, body- and ordinary ones) right there at the scene

I'm more curious about miss EX class stranger though. She's apparently from the other side, yet is much more knowledgable when it comes to Earth's cultural trends. Hell I doubt Kino currently has the common sense to understand that Eiri is a celebrity, yet she knows about that and the world rankings/experience gaining process. Color me intrigued.

no reason for her to shudder when unknown gets mentioned since she is depicted as beyond clueless about everything unless the author decided it was pushed too far and wants to do a 180 with the focus of the series

Kino knows that she is unknown and the strongest person in the world. She has already been told that.

What she didn't know was just how much stronger than everyone else she is. She assumed that she was only a bit stronger than the second strongest person, at most twice as strong, but in reality she seems to be orders of magnitude stronger.
