This quite wrong, even if you already had Sex Rearrengement Surgery, you would never stop needing to take HRT, specially now that you dont have your original Genitals that generated your AGAB hormones, should you stop to take HRT it would absolutely destroy you physically.
So in a sense you never stop to transition.

Honestly like the add-in meta-call that "it really is profane to be a guy coming between lesbians".
Though given the name nomenclature and the insane levels of meta-awareness, I guess that's par for the course, really.

Yuu-kun being a "pretty boy", and the fact that I sorta suspect this will be a big deconstruction & subversion of the NTR trope, has me wondering if Reika isn't going to end up being cucked in a titanic game of Universe-ordained Reverse Uno.
At least, something seems like it has to subvert the expected plot, because if the series really is just Reika meticulously putting together the Ultimate NTR Plot over the course of a decade's worth of work factoring in time, place, a whole cast of unwitting participants, and more - just seems like it'd feel...anticlimactic.
Unless she really does end up dying and reincarnating again, to do it all over (whether she succeeds or not), but at that point it's just an anthology of different NTR scenarios played out in self-aware fashion, which doesn't strike me as particularly compelling, without any "twist" on the formula.

I do look forward to finding out, though.

I think the easier and more obvious thing its, she waiting to be the "the perfect moment" for that moment where the NTR potential its a it fullest, but she is waiting so much, and spending so much time with Yuu, that the moment she decides it the right moment and oportunity, she will back down, because she will realize she fell for Yuu for real, and loves him more than she loves NTR.

And probably she will fight against it, try to do stuff to get in the back track of the NTR route, but each time would be harder and harder, and in a twisted way, Yuu will Netorare her away from her Netorare fantasy/fetish.
