Do you realize why I only sent criticism to you? I don't care if people hate this story or manga, what i truly care about is that you just involve real-life problems in this. i would like to spread how good this manga WN after the incident but looking at how people insist at the incident made me sad that they just read up to that part only.

I hate to validate the GamerGate guy, like, at all but if it came down to it I'd absolutely defend this manga and the original novel's right to exist. Presuming it found a platform and audience. Likewise that audience has a right to enjoy it, whether ironically or not.

Of course, I don't think anyone anyone is disputing that, outside of the screaming "WOKE!!" worms infesting the GG guy's brain. So as such my defense probably isn't necessary. But if in theory I had to defend this manga/novel's right to exist, I absolutely would.

By that very same token though, criticism is a form of art and expression too. And when offensive trash is published, people can and should have the right to call it out as being offensive trash. Free speech doesn't come with free approval.
And if you don't like people being offended about something you don't think they should be, your only real recourse is to ignore them. May not be satisfying but if you can't ignore them that's a you problem. And a mental skill issue, maybe could be helped with therapy. Either way, shouting at people to stop being offended isn't going to accomplish much. Disrupting discourse with noise is a short term non-solution.

(I mean, you COULD alternatively start a discussion with them to change their minds. But that requires charisma and empathy and you ain't going to level up those stats in the armpit of a chan board.)

someone already pointed this out earlier, this author also wrote TS medic
it also had an event involving r*pe, however it was handled much better than it was here. It shows that the author did improve, It wasn't trying to play it off like a joke. They probably had feedback just like the discussions we had here and it reflected on the other series. The biggest difference here is that the tone of that series is very grim dark compared to the lighthearted comedy we have here, the whole event didn't feel like a neck snap in tone shift. I assume that's what the majority of people who did read the novel find issues with that chapter was the author trying to brush off the whole event like it wasn't a big deal.

I guess I will restate my earlier post as well, the story as a whole isn't awful , it still has that slapstick comedy to it that we all see in this first chapter.
