My guess is that the author feels like the battle between kazuya and his mom is like the last thing that will happen in the series, and so all these other arcs are just delaying the end. But I don’t see why he couldn’t instead stay focused, let the final battle play out, and then keep the series going by introducing new challenges (like battling the corrupt government officials, or whatever) that would save a lot of frustration from fans. I also think the author likes to troll everyone. He makes his manga upset those who don’t like the themes involved, and also frustrate those who are into it.

As someone is going to involuntarily ask what "ntr" happens. There is no permanent ntr. The only ntr scene is with red hair fmc where she's forced to "help out" her shota spirit spirit in a fake realm sorta thing.
There could be 2 or 3 more instances of "ntr" that isn't really ntr imo since it's not permanently stealing the girl from mc, but it's with horned crow lady.
All the fmc including horn women have still not done it as of ch 181, unless you count Haniya or the shrine women but they're both one off side characters.

Out of all the manga that I’ve read, i can say that this possibly has the best fight choreography I‘ve ever seen. Unfortunately, it’s riddled with so much fan service (if you can call it that with how raunchy it is) that even I, someone who’s been exposed to that stuff for over a decade, am getting disturbed and tired of. Despite not wanting to be seen with this or even read it, I find myself coming back for the art and fights. If only the fan service was toned down (fan service of Kokuyou is very welcomed, though.)
186.1 and 186.2 are both out in Japanese, translators are probably working on them right now, they're combining them both in one chapter same as they did with 185, will probably take a while since 186.2 just dropped like 10 days ago

for the mature chapter Edits exists an extra series entry which is rightfully labeled Mature.

"mature" replaced "pornogrpahic" and thats what you should keep in mind.
the chapters in the regular tsugumomo title are not pornographic.
if this is the new scale, hundreds of other titles would have to be "upgraded" from erotica to mature too.
@Bartolumiu @Grogzilla Please consider this and revert the rating of this title.
maybe redphrase the last part of the mature definition.
