Pg 17: "I will excuse myself" is kinda out of place. That line is used when you're leaving, but he was just entering the room to see the bishop.
So, it should be "Excuse me".

Pg 19: "You mean his power overloaded our senses?" is not what the bishop said. I'm assuming this line is from the previous bubble about Kuzunoha > Shiki but taking the literal meaning of 'shiki'.
The bishop said "It's not that his magic can't be measured." which would flow well to the next page where she talked about the void.

Is that a literal translation of a Japanese phrase someone says when they're entering a room? Like a "Please excuse my interruption"?

1) 失礼いたします literally means excuse me but i thought he said that while seeing off makoto so tried to make sense of it. I need glasses lol
2) Kusomushi means dung beetle. I tried using "bug" since it was confusing and different from the pic. Then just used literal since A PR advised that

The anime is working off the light novel. The anime season 2 ends at the end of this arc involving Rotsgard Academy. There are hundreds of Light Novel chapters to work from.
