I think it was a translation error. When Spica called for the suspects, "oneesama" was used for the lawyer, even though he's clearly male.

It was. I checked the raws. That speech bubble says "あっ　そちらのお兄さま！" So it should have said Onii-sama.

Given how deep we are this is prolly the last time I can make a guess. Brother and the guard are an item and while his sister was just a gold digger that got caught the guard is the real psycho so theyve been keeping this going for the thrills.

Aka the brother is the killer cuz his wife is crazy and he's the real paraphiliac.

I love spica's palm reading/fortune teller outfit XD; it's a stereotype in animanga tho i don't know if i've seen any live action dramas not based on an adaptation featuring them, i wonder how common it is in JP compared to say, maid cafes. feels like you could make a tourism/vacation or local vlog about visiting various fortune teller vids and compare xD (i wouldn't mind reading a chapter like that for hoshi-sensei's manga)

incredibly funny way to let her make contact with the suspects, wonder what she'll find... the brother seems the Most Chill of the three but this manga loves its deception so we'll see (maybe the killer isn't even any of the three guys lol)

I would actually laugh if the killer turns out to be the female guard.

...But then again, it would provide a decent explanation for why she'd want to stay behind bars beyond just being able to indirectly kill people. She gets regular, relatively easy access to the person she shacked up with and would be able to goad her into jealousy by play-flirting with men (who proceed to suspect each other rather than a different woman).
