Well, there's a quack, probably. I wonder how Haiji will deal with him. I can't tell if this impostor will be a serious threat or if it will just be a one-off antagonist, they might be associated with Asclepius and are using Haiji's reputation to test experimental drugs, or they could just be an entirely ordinary scammer for Haiji's expensive treatment payments.
This series is just fun to read. It has not blown me away yet, but I hope it will get there in the future.

Edit: I just realized that this chapter echoes Chapter 7, in which Haiji says "good doctors are all good cooks!"
