This is the first chapter I've felt was really strong in a little while. How much of it is the development being interesting and how much of it is LeoPointing.jpg at the former protagonist, hard to say. I love that Kato is sitting there with his goddamn delivery box and cap in the aftermath.

I like that if you go back to chapter one, the interacions between kato and kuro are reversed, gives a completely new way of looking at all the previous chapters, because looking back, that first interaction seemed really out of character for Kuro.

I feel like the fight will be coming to the kumogakure apartment complex (based on the volume art at least)
Also makes sense that they made 3 siblings at once to fight Yamada, now that they established she's the one supposedly strong enough to defeat Koji Kashin.

I'm not sure what to think yet, this is the best chapter in a long, long time

Soshu is the only genjutsu user we know exists. Him pulling one over on Kato seems more likely than chapter 1 Kuro being fake. If Koji Kashin is real, my guess is the old guy whose fridge kept getting raided.

Could be Ai, the girl that lives on the first floor (or the landlord who was always asleep) since Kuro was always making sure they were breathing

This chapter was FIRE. Kato sweating bullets made this already tense UN-NIN interaction even more tense.

This chapter implies that Kato is part of the Kamikakushi clan, and therefore a (now ex-) protector of Koji Kashin. Nijiro says the below to Kato as well.

Let’s put the logic together :

1.) Koji wants a clean slate after 70 years cycle according to Ranran. Koji also wants to sow chaos?

2.) In the old grandpa’s memory, when the Younger Old Seven were hanging out with the unknown Kumo. Kumo shush them when the person with invisible suit entered the apartment. So instead of warning, it was telling them to respect the big boss?

3.) Who ordered the vending machine for the Kumo apartment? Did Koji order it to have Kawado stay home more? Also, to give directive to Igarashi? Because Kawado in the original Japanese dialogue, she was using a skin related pun when she speak to him.

4.) It makes more sense now that how Kumo siblings have memories like “how they were born”. The youngest Kumo sibling (No.12) seems to feel something is off.

Is Koji really the big big bad? In one hand, the person just feel like he/she/they just want to stay on top of thing to survive.

koji kashin is probably a "gestalt consciousness" a collective or hive mind where multiple individuals or entities are linked into a single, unified consciousness, often depicted as a single, overarching entity.
