Possibly multiple things

1. Them being able to spend money on yakiniku, this implies that they are possibly well off and her reason for doing these jobs was to pay of debts (could be reading into this too much.)

2. Could be more of a slow realization for the viewer if they figured it out that the original siblings are possibly all alone and have no one to support them

3. The siblings somehow know that the sister came back. either this means that a new alternate universe was created from this train entity or they maybe didn’t make it out?

The other weird thing that's unexplained is who was that creepy lady wanting to reach platform 13? I think she's supposed to imply something other than someone who jumped and died.

There has to be something intentional about hiding her face.

If the multiverse theory is true, is she perhaps the version of yume that came to the current verse but originated from the verse the 2 traveled to currently? She's got black hair like yume, but it's messed up, probably due to how long she's been there.

Always have to figure out if some chapters are deep or just plain bad writing, frustrating either way.
I'd go with bad writing with this chapter. Maybe author should've put more clues and actually reveal who is that crazy lady or she really is just a nobody. The end really implies they got transported to a different dimension, something is different she says.

Idk if their personality changed, they've always been beholden to their big sis. They were only not polite cuz they felt awkward meeting Blondie the first time

That's a good catch, the store fronts was shown in all three chapters, and it didn't change until Chapter 56. One other difference is the height of the street light in Chapter 54 and 56. Although that could be just because of the angle. Wonder if the dead body they found is actually the woman from before, possibly alternative yume.

Actually, the 4 people shown at the bottom of Chapter 56, pg 150 seems to be the parents as well as brother and sister of Yume. Since the train station is close to where she lives, did the alternative universe Yume family(saves alt Yume herself) somehow died or got on the train? And the alt Yume was searching for station 13 was because of the go to heaven rumor? So when she found the station she just got on? If that's the case then why the hell would she die, since it's implied that you would start recruiting others as a ghost thing if you got on? Then where hell did they went in the last panel?

Nevermind, guess the family photo was implying that she forgot everything.

Keen observations. The first kanji is koi carp. The 1st store sign changed from 魚党 to 魚王, with the 2nd floor sign changed from むやさき屋 to ぬやさき屋. The shop in the panel before that changed from 的/まと (mato) to 里/さと (sato). Just very subtle changes.

Since their wages were there, either the universe itself was altered with no swap involved or they swapped places with other versions of themselves that just went through the same thing so ironically, switching universes has little to no consequences for anyone involved.
