To Io's credit, it's actually very hard to perfectly execute an extremely precise set of instructions, so the execution side of her acting skills is pretty much perfect. It's her creativity and reading comprehension that require work, and it appears from her response that Atsumu spent her entire career babying her to make up for her lack of effort.

On the other hand, to be able to go through a movie script, interpret it and come out with a set of instructions that, when executed correctly, would result in a flawless award-worthy performance is completely insane and there are legendary Hollywood directors out there who would pay literal millions of dollars to have Atsumu as part of their permanent staff. Imagine if he could do that for an entire cast.

That last part is why he was so crucial. Our boy a genius prodigy supporter that was stuck in a toxic, abusive, environment filled with ungrateful people. I am sure that his grandmother feels immense shame for how her daughter turned out.

Going off memories and checking the WN through machine translation (because the TL of the WN is paywalled after a point.) Spoilers ahead, of course:

Actress sister here will of course fail at this acting job because she doesn't have her perfect materials to act to. And has landed a job with a director who is the harsh kind who wants actors to think for themselves instead of following orders. So she runs out in anger/shame and causes massive filming delays because she doesn't just some out and say she can't for several days, which is a huge waste of money as people show up to do film stuff but can't because she's nowhere to be found.

Next to the table is the Model sister. Without our boy around she believes she can eat whatever she wants now without following his meal plan, she never got fat even when she ate sweets and stuff so clearly she can go hog wild! Of course she gains weight enough that it's a problem and they have to digitally edit her shots a lot to cover up. But then her fashion group gets into a fashion group challenge which involves our boy and his ever-increasing orbit of girls. Screws it up in multiple ways! Claims to design her group's clothes. She doesn't, and the designer she hires ends up stealing and using draft versions of what our boy was making for his group. Then of course she has to appear ON STAGE LIVE IN OUTFIT, which fits her horribly since y'know got that fat on her now. Reception afterwards is very cold due to 'got fat, people checking previous stuff and finding evidence of alteration' and 'doesn't actually design clothes and guy ripped off from someone else (the boy's girls model his finished versions wonderfully, of course.)'

The next two are actually positive! SHOCKING!

The youtuber (not a vtuber like Himeji, she streams as herself) ends up facing Himeji as Kaguya in not-smash and loses. Then through twists and turns afterwards when she re-challenges her after we find out she totally loves big brother. If you look back at chapter 1 you can see her comments are basically 'this isn't funny at all' and 'please leave this horrible place and don't look back.'

The singer is next-ish? It's sorta a combo. See during the fashion group challenge and the vtuber vs youtuber challenge our boy did music work as V the composer (y'know one of his many talents.) After hearing that and hearing that youtuber sister next door to her is leaving home (managed to get a perfect exit contract signed by the overworked at this point Mother who is drowning in dealing with problems, and she's also mostly fine with it because she's weirdly old-school and believes internet work is worhtless.) Singer sister also leaves with Youtuber sister and they end up crashing at our boy's place. Once she realizes that he is V, the composer who did amazing music work for her, she's totally into him, since she's mostly detached from everything else (see her reaction in chapter 1 of '...' and 'I'm hungry' instead of berating him like the rest.)

And uh that's it, really. The other two sisters (multi-talented and voice actress) have not shown up in the WN. The WN also has stalled out to do LN/manga work. Leaves off in the middle of an arc in which Idol sister comes off suspension and decides to challenge Asterisk, which is probably not going to end up well for her. At all. She went after Kuon saying she's physically weak and a late joiner so she's awful, but our boy has been her personal trainer for a bit before this so...

Not all of them. MC's twin sisters actually loves him alot, and only wanted him gone to get away from their toxic family. The other sister...(forgot who)..
started to come around once she realize that the MC is her favorite song writer.

The twin is the one caught underage drinking and she's a bitch.
The youngest sister is the one you meant. She also didn't have anything to say when they were gathered on the table with him gone, recalling all the things they hated about him, she only says "i never want him to come back here".

Honestly, some directors would KILL to have an actor who only ever does what's in the script, but I get the feeling that what's being implied here is that she is basically a robot that only ever does what's exactly laid out for her, even down to her facial muscles, so without it she's going to be comedically bad and stiff.
The "idol" girl was a complete ass, so of course she never had any friends but I wonder if the actress will have any friends try to help her.

Fashion sister gets fat from not watching her diet which combined with some fuckery of her claiming the MC's designs as her own the whole time leads to a massive self-explosion (though partly some of it is only half her fault for hiring a hack that made the whole thing worse)
