To Io's credit, it's actually very hard to perfectly execute an extremely precise set of instructions, so the execution side of her acting skills is pretty much perfect. It's her creativity and reading comprehension that require work, and it appears from her response that Atsumu spent her entire career babying her to make up for her lack of effort.
On the other hand, to be able to go through a movie script, interpret it and come out with a set of instructions that, when executed correctly, would result in a flawless award-worthy performance is completely insane and there are legendary Hollywood directors out there who would pay literal millions of dollars to have Atsumu as part of their permanent staff.
