I did NOT expect that! If only an otome game like that existed in real life.... I think it would be really interesting! But scary if you were the character herself. I'm guessing if you turn off choices, maybe your actions matter, but you can say whatever you want? Or you have more options, but can come up with something that goes against it? And maybe the game analyses it based on certain key words you use in your sentence, whether it sounds 'good' or 'bad'?

Just a theory! Doesn't really make sense though, so I'm curious to see how it'll turn out!

Is Page 4 correct? Thats from the last chapter. And if you look at the bottom, right before Page 5, there is a purple coloring that gets cut and doesn't flow with the next page. I think thats not the right page 4.

Everyone, I'd recommend reading the novel as well, the writing, and the translation is amazing, and everything is written for a reason, there already is a lot that's been left out of the manhwa. The events that she goes through and her choices are explained thoroughly and her personality comes off a lot clearer. It's only at 33 chapters but the story itself is so well written, you'd love it. Also, warning, the first chapters kept making me cry, physically, with no exaggerations, i burst into tears. Also, it's on wattled and the comment section is a whole mood itself.

In a way it's harder. Anything she says could fuck stuff up and she won't know which way she right choice. But at the same time easier, because now she's not constrained by the game.

I wonder how the heck did this game work with this function? Either way, finally. Sweet freedom.

There's still the risk of messing up, of course, but it's better than being locked into dumb dialogue choices that force you to eat spoiled food or die. Furthermore, if there's anything our MC has going for her, it's the fact that she knows this family dynamic well and knows how to survive in abusive conditions.
