Nobuhime's final stream before she retired. I didn't know her but I was there for her last stream. At the end, she pressed the wrong button and thought the stream was over but it was still on. She called someone through Line and cried out loud since she was holding back her sadness throughout the stream.

Hopefully she'll reincarnate after a break cause her personality is amazing. Aparantly Up8 has been treating her horribly which forced her to retire.

I was also there for that final stream. Oda-sama’s graduation was a bittersweet one. Thank you to our loving trap for sticking with her during and after the stream. That last part was heart wrenching. I’d rather not watch it translated because I feel like I’m invading in someone’s privacy.

Crazy superchats and almost a 40k audience watching her one last time. I was going through the archives and was surprised at how cultured she was. I heard she was in the same company as Kizuna Ai (also news of her leaving that company due to its debt).

I hope everything goes well for our little daimyo.

Seeing him interacting and being an absolutely lovable lildevil made me want to know more. My conclusion is he's an incubus incarnate. Goddamn this guy has a lot of ultra fans. Kanae has a sweet personality but his streams are not my fave.

Let's just say, I like em cute. Lolol.
Pretty skilled gamer tho he's a disaster at games that he's not familiar with (eg: he died 10 mins into SEKIRO by...falling. tried to bury money in Animal Crossing, accidentally buried the shiny spot instead). Has a golden pot in Getting Over it, best time 6 mins. Speedran PIEN (a popular Japanese horror game) in 6 mins.
And his dying sounds are the best. Also I'm weak for ASMR.... extra points for that.

His debut group V🔺️LS is pretty great too! The oldest guy, Nagao Kei is funny, has a distinctive voice, has a great memory (he memorized the entire KEEP TALKING AND NOBODY EXPLODES manual. Learnt Indonesian words from Takamama and used it well in one stream), best singing voice.....disaster at technology eventhough he's a streamer... poor guy.
Youngest, Genzuki Tojiro, VERY patient and nice. He can pronounce English words very clearly. Doesn't have the same crazy stamina as Nagao and Kaida do but his streams are interesting on its own. And his voice.... he has a gift for voices (range is large, could've been a voice actor) and is not afraid of using it.

Moving my post here to let the other thread fade into oblivion, but has anyone else ever gotten curious about the backgrounds of some of their favorites? I understand there's a weird culture surrounding vtubers where they basically have to compartmentalize their lives, but so many of them have incredibly benign and interesting lives.

Also, just learned about that stuff that went down with Towa a few months ago and it's pretty irritating. She had nothing to apologize for.

@BestBoy Yeah, the story they tell in their videos all seem pretty interesting. Some are pretty normal stuffs, but others (Subaru especially) has some pretty weird backstory.
