Holy shit.
This is...how do I put it? Even without the lewding, or cute girls, or any of the typical stuff, this story is the ultimate wish-fulfillment.

A company that cares about the well-being of its employees because it considers them the lifeblood of its future-a company that believes in social responsibility. Can't get much more fantasy than this, right?

Prez looked just a bit scary there on page 23.
Also I love how in the the bath fantasy scene his Senpai was wearing stockings/tights but nothing else.

Damn. That black haired co-worker isn't even close to being flat. Seems she didn't give away enough chest fat to get immortality.

@Psychronia Considering the target age demographic and the typical working atmosphere in Japan, I think this manga is literally designed to be just that, a peek into something too good to be true for all the young salarymen working their ass off to thankless corporations that would sooner shit you out than consider you human, or those who who have any level of social anxiety and can't handle things like intereviews well so find themselves unable to find adequate/any work.

Every time our adorable wolfy president goes on a tirade about how ridiculous a company is being for doing this or that, or talks about her old senpai who literally died by sacrificing his life force for company productivity (an obvious analog to overworking fatalities that's rampant in Japan) I'm literally sitting there reading it as "Hang in there, you're not wrong! It's totally a messed up world we live in. This is how it should be done."

We all kind of want someone like that who has our backs... Even if, sadly enough, it only comes in the form of a wolf girl in a manga.

Also, this author's other work, I killed slimes for 300 years, also has this theme of 'don't overwork yourself'; Since the MC there literally died in her company from exhaustion due to overwork.

This author must have really had a bad corporate experience.

Ugh. And this manga was doing so well too. Why'd they have to bring some stupid anti-suicide angle into this? 😡
If someone is killing themselves, don't stop them. They just want to end their suffering, and death is the surest way to achieve that. Thank them for their service and when they're done, congratulate them on their achievement.
The example given here didn't match up at all. If she managed suicide she wouldn't be dying because of him. He wanted her to suffer. She'd be defying him by ending that suffering. Dying = Winning against a sadist. Continuing to live is just doing what the arsehole wants.

Well, at least the protagonist isn't just leaving the girl to her suffering.

Thanks for the chapter!
Seems like this succubus is really innocent and kind hearted for a demon. Although if she went at warp speed from his sweet nothings whispered into her ear how did the owl get so far ahead? It's great MC was able to help Krunia get a job, room and board so could get back on her feet and earn her own happiness. Probably just as well Seruria shocked her with too much reality as his plate is probably filled with just the succubus at the moment. Also, Krunia needs some time to get her feet firmly on the ground to sort her feelings out rather than get into a relationship with him that might just be feelings of gratitude and owing him a debt that would turn into a mess. After she gets to know him better, along with his daily way of life with multiple women, can consider raising their relationship from friends to something else.

@The5thSeraph You sure about that? Manga is right and would suffer a lot before dying from drowning. Clothes would restrict movements and drag you down. Lungs would be burning up and crying out for air but breathing in water would just add a new burning sensation. Also, any family left behind will grieve, along with any friends didn't know had. Then there's the suffering in Hell until the Day of Judgement. Granted her life is a mess but MC was able to help her find a steady job, get some income, and get room and board. Also, he's right in saying that she can get back at that jerk who ran off by living well. If they ever meet again he'll likely be in a bind or on the run while she's got a good home, friends, and a steady job to rub in his face. Or better yet, taking him to court and having him locked up for a long time for stealing all her money so he can have a job on the chain gang, food and a roof over his head. Between the hard work and preserving his anal virginity from a giant, hairy Neanderthal he'll suffer much more than any curse she could give him and can visit him every now and then to watch him grow more and more haggard.

Sure, drowning isn't exactly my idea of a good death. But then living isn't my idea of a good death either. Not sure what you mean by "suffering in Hell until the Day of Judgement", but I think you got the wrong story.
In any case, the only reason she is able to make something better of her life is because her entire position in the plot is just a plant to make the protagonist look good to the average reader. It is contrived to go her way once it is convenient for it to do so. In a more realistic environment things wouldn't get significantly better, and might well get worse. As for living just for vengeance, I'm pretty sure everyone knows by now that never turns out well.

@The5thSeraph Sorry, was referring to the idea (don't recall it mentioned specifically in Bible so can't say if true or false,) that suicides go to Hell. Hell being a place of punishment people suffer for their sins there until the Day of Judgement when God makes his final judgement (not sure on what,) causing the world to end, the good are taken away by Rapture, etc. Agree writer can make plot go however wants in fantasy, but even in reality something similar can happen it's just highly unlikely and takes a lot of luck or as you said things are more likely to get worse. Living for vengeance while likely not going to bother the guy, assuming he ever comes back and sees it, but is a more positive and less self-destructive goal then hunting the guy down, killing him and going to jail for it. As for turning out well that takes a lot of luck, making most of opportunities, hard work, and like many things in life isn't guaranteed to absolutely come out great or badly but more likely somewhere in between.

Definitely the wrong story then. While I guess bits and pieces of bible might have leaked into this story indirectly, that particular aspect doesn't seem consistent with the nature of the narrative.
Frankly I wouldn't say direct bible references are ever the right story. It is badly written dross.

Living for vengeance while likely not going to bother the guy, assuming he ever comes back and sees it, but is a more positive and less self-destructive goal then hunting the guy down, killing him and going to jail for it.
I meant the whole thing about getting him thrown in jail. Better to just kill him than that. It isn't necessary to force him into extended suffering.
You might have to take my word on this one, but the suffering of others has diminishing returns on entertainment value. No matter how funny it might be at first, it loses interest value pretty quickly, while still being thoroughly unpleasant on a consistent basis for the one going through it.
Either way, death ends suffering. I mean to either die or kill is better than to inflict jail on anyone.

Shame the senpai didn't give up more of the chest fat. She could've been much hotter.
