You know, with all this reasonable stuff lewdable fluff saying, the narrative of this manga still proves her wrong with the company in decline despite being capable of overpaying empleyees... In fact, being capable to overpay makes it even worse because humans often prefer being paid rather then being clean.

Literally none of that is a refutation to noting that 1 in 50 is still a lot of people.

Don't mindlessly project point onto me.

@metas It very obviously is. "A lot" is ALWAYS a relative term, so I gave context to the statistic which shows it is clearly relatively minute. But AGAIN, your argument is stupid on multiple levels. Even if I wasn't refuting your point directly, you made your point with a clear underlying purpose of addressing the ongoing argument, which means that whether you'll admit it or not you were arguing against the notion that 2.1% is a justifiable number, otherwise there would be no motive to say what you did.

Look I understand this is pure wish fulfillment trash where beautiful women are throwing themselves at the MC when he pays them the slightest compliment any decent human would but do they have to verbally fellate him every chapter? Lol I mean come on take the compliments down a notch ladies.

My argument?

I was making an argument?

Oh boy I can't wait to find out what it was!

I argued literally none of those things that you said. I certainly wasn't saying whether the number was justifiable or not.

@metas Right, there no such thing as implicit context and you were just randomly saying shit for no reason. God, you're insecure.

@Blubgoo Are we just going to ignore the succubus underling (among others) that he fucks? This is undeniably wish fulfillment and just because it has a positive workplace doesn't mean nobody is allowed to comment on how poorly written it is.

@mommunism And just because there's "wish-fulfillment" aspects or whatever other buzzword with a negative connotation you want to describe it with doesn't mean it's poorly written. Every single fucking story with an MC that saves the world and becomes a hero would immediately become garbage by that standard. The story itself has been fine so far and the situation does not feel contrived within its own world/setting. You should also probably learn to accept that there's thousands of people who live much better lives than you even in our own world that pulled the jackpot in life, and there's nothing you can do about it.

@mommunism Don't forget he does his boss, and his co-worker had no problem offeeing to shag him in no time. It's absolutely wish fulfillment trash.
By ch. 7, he's gonna have a threesome with the succubus and that dark girl they teased. Sexy, but trash

@Blubgoo Black magic was reviled in this setting, yet one dude managed to find the only black magic company that's pristine and treats their employees like saints manifest to the point of practically offering sexual favors to them, on top of all the other perks. There's a lot of words to describe that, and "contrived" is certainly one of them.

@Tenant You can call it what you like, but that situation is definitely still possible no matter how unlikely it seems. There's a lot more improbable shit that's happened everywhere else, hence the phrase truth is sometimes stranger than fiction. The problem is that many people like yourself like to call a story garbage just because of improbable situations even though it almost always holds no merit towards a story's worth.

@Blubgoo The crux of this whole story is how improbable it is, both for its setting AND in real life. So these clearly masturbatory situations are all if not most of the merit of this story. It's self-indulgence at its most trashy and wish-fulfilly.

@Tenant If, out of: "World building/setting", "narrative of the journey", "character interactions", "dialogue", you choose to emphasize "unlikely situations" to judge this or any other story then all I can say is I'm sorry for your loss. We probably won't ever agree on anything and I don't really like wasting too much time arguing with other weebs over the internet, so this is the most I'll shit up this comment thread.

I'm insecure? No, you're just dishonest and can't admit you're wrong. You misinterpreted what someone else said and instead of being an adult and owning it you just continue to try and double down on your misinterpretation.

I don't even know where insecurity came from in this, so clearly it's just projection on your part.

World building/setting: generic fantasy world, with only the distinction between white and black magic, with their dichotomy and black's disconnect from its public image being it's only "worldbuilding".
Narrative of the journey: one dude learns every chapter why his company is so good while they coddle him to a stupor?
Dialogue: Again, everyone just coddles and (literally) jerk off the MC, saying how nice and talented he is and how he's a cherished part of the company he just joined and how oh so happy he is that he works for them.

The title of this chapter even says it all. There's nothing of what you say there is in here; it's utter shameless, blatant, overly-idealistic, self-indulgent wish-fulfilling trash at its core, for all the disgruntled workers out there who dont feel appreciated enough (and maybe wish they'd score some poon on the clock, too). The "worldbuilding", "narrative", and "dialogue" are all in service to that idea. And this isn't the first story guilty of this either; it's an entire genre, and it's called "adaptations of shitty, substanceless, trashy, wish-fulfillment light novels that may as well be porn".

And even after all that, it's not as if I'm saying you shouldn't enjoy it, I just don't get why you can't see this for what it is when it's so blatant. I'm not above enjoying trash, I can just recognize it when I see it. The art's cute, and in combination with the lewdness we get to see honestly does make me go wew. It's trashy and it's sexy; sometimes we're just in the mood for trash

@metas I never had to double down on anything. I suggested from the beginning that you were going to deny having any motive at all, which is obviously dumb as fuck. You're doing exactly what I thought you would do. You're insecure, so you're refusing to own your position and even dodging my point about you being wrong regardless of the underlying context.

@Blubgoo I didn't say this is poorly written because it's wish fulfillment. I like lots of wish fulfillment titles. This is poorly written because it's about a couple of robotically happy girls spoiling a child-like adult, but also fucking him on the side for really contrived reasons. The setting is the furthest thing from believable, the dialog is corny, and all the characters are shallow. One wholesome plot point does not excuse the god-awful execution and incredibly lazy fanservice.
