Just a theory, I feel that the actual mastermind, isn't Riko, but Sasaki, herself, looking at Meta glance, the story made it obvious Riko seemed like the mastermind, but just like " former president" had said it couldn't been her. As seen in a few chapter earlier, Sasaki has been helping out, which I think might have just been her monitoring the situation. Well I I might be proven wrong later
