I'm not sure if we're reading the same manga but I don't think she turned into someone "wiser" she is doing all of this out of sheer stupidity and the dumb desire of being praised as always, she is just applying the stuff she has learned through the manga which is a somewhat expected character development IMO. (which is indeed getting wiser but surely not that big of deal considering how much has happened)

Really the shocking part is that if you think about the timeline she's gone from "kissing girls is gross" to her current scumbag prince schtick in like two months tops, but that's just how figuring yourself out goes.
