Aya doesn't seem popular enough to have stalkers yet. I bet the guy in the end is actually part of Ruri's splinter cell and he's gathering blackmail material to control her with. She's the "easiest to talk to" according to the first gen after all, which could mean they think she's the least threatening and the easiest to control.

I have a feeling what might actually happen is that the company will force a fake story on her to cover it up and make her break up with him. Which would cause some tension in the new gen group. Poor Aya... I was feeling so good about their friendship again and about the relative lack of toxic jealousy between them and then this... Thank you for the chapter!!

Fans often want their favorite idols to be "pure" or at least single, otherwise it disrupts their fantasies of having a chance w them. Same for female gamers/streamers, fans end up losing interest if it turns out they have a boyfriend 😅
