I think you were thinking about those worrying about romance but seeing this probably prevented people from worrying about Rudeus donut 2.0 too. I just find it weird no one noticed similarities with Orsted. Well maybe that's just because he's a she right now...or has a strong body...or didn't meet a hitogami-like being to mention yet...

Try to give benefit of doubt. It might be done with the intention of increasing interest & discussion or preventing worriers from dropping. If done properly, it does no harm and could be "teasers" instead. You're right that just having a spoiler tag adds meaning but that can still fuel speculation in any direction and isn't fixed only 1 way. In an ocean of trash, some want to prove the treasure is real by revealing hidden details that hooks people in. There's bias too since I think most novel readers do keep quiet or only give out in moderation. Just calm down and skim past it.

It's quite interesting that Haruka didn't move away from Kudan (apparently?) even though she did recognise that he has a dangerous aura. Whatever he did, she likely has too much mana for it to affect her though she did back away from him after she noticed him and he kept advancing. For him, she must be quite strange; clearly powerful enough to not instinctively clear away from him, but isn't threatening in any way (after all, she's not making anyone back away like him).

yeah it's pretty clear that she's more than powerful enough to be in the same "tier" as him. so she doesn't just get aura'd to death. But Kudan is also clearly much more experienced given he's been active for at least a century.

Even the Grim Reaper is afraid of him.

I was reminded of Orsted in Mushoku Tensei. (I'm anime-only on that one so I don't know tons of details about him.)
