The first panel is hella great, the character is striking and there's a good use of a blur effect, the two other just have a tiny perspective problem for the characters, but the background is still really really awesome.
The page is effing great, I'm looking forward to more !

You got the sense for it. Assuming this is original work and not a re-drawing of existing work, you said a lot in just three panels, which is important for manga.

Keep going. Just don't burn yourself out. You can self-publish nowadays anyway.
