Edit: My problem is the instantaneity. The "Sex Change Disorder" is instantaneous while the treatment is based in IRL. It would be more believable to me if the "Sex Change Disorder" was something gradual where changes happen over time.

There is no reason to believe that a superficial ressemblance depending on perpetual dilation and medication intake is going to be significantly better long term to someone who used to have the full female body experience naturally.

I just assumed Sex Change Disorder was magic and that's why they don't know what causes it or how to reverse it. If you're reading SCD manga for realism, you're going to be disappointed, idk what else to say about it
