Only reason they got in trouble was all thx to this one triggered artist calling out the site instead of taking the matter private on Twitter, there is no problem with having an app honestly, maybe in a few months when things settle down, like I see other manga apps in the AppStore and there layout is shit.

Their support team sucked, they replaced chapter 1 of Takagi with chapter 1.1 (redraw of chapter 1) for some reason, I told them what was wrong with it 3-4 times but they just didn't get what was wrong and kept telling me "It's available here bro". Not going to lie, I'm not sad.
