What do the titles below usernames mean and how are they determined?

I noticed earlier while posting elsewhere I had the title "Fed-Kun's army" below my name. I didn't immediately know what this meant, other than a vague recollection of the character in MangaDex's safety PSA being named Fed-Kun. So I looked around a bit and saw there's quite a variety of titles: Member, Active member, Aggregator gang, Double-page supporter, Dex-chan lover, among others. I didn't really see a trend in account ages or posting to the titles, nor is there a way to change them on your profile.

So... what are they? What determines what title your account shows?

Changing based on the tally.
