Bro is having art erectile disfunction cause he loves lewd but he thinks his girlfriend hates it. So he's having artist block cause one part of him wants to draw the lewd (cause it's his passion) while the other part of him wants to suppress the lewd cause he doesn't want his girlfriend to hate him.

Now the obvious solution to this is for his girlfriend to become his lewd inspiration. I.E. become nagatoro-san.
