For sure. Don't forget he's a 17 year old kid who just one year prior was a complete social outcast who everyone just looked at as an awkward, nerdy pushover. He still very much sees himself that way.

It's not that unrealistic that there's a kid who is easily flustered in tandem with a complete lack of experience on how to deal with their sexuality. Pair that with a very horny girlfriend who he likes and it's how you get these situations.

I think a lot of people feel bad for Anjou, but she likes this dynamic. Whenever she has a real issue with things, she makes it clear and they've addressed it.

Yeah, seriously. I understand the desire to have characters act in certain ways that people think are ideal ("Seto should be used to it by now! He should turn the tables on her!" or "Why won't this dude just smash his GF"), but that's really not realistic. One of the biggest strong points of this manga is how the characters are written. It is very consistent and realistic with how people (kids!) in the real world act. That's why I've really enjoyed how these characters have handled conflicts in their relationships.

Really glad you mentioned the deciding future part too, as it's a huge part of Seto's character. When he finally does decide/discover what he wants to do, it'll be a big moment for the manga.
