Let's have fun making predictions :
They're going to challenge Itachi and the other girls to arm wrestling and they're going to overpower them with brute strength. Then they're going to make fun of them while eating their free pancakes while the girls are in pain.
StuCo Prez is going to get mad at them because she sees how Ushigome's group could manage what she couldn't (have a group working together to make great memories) and those punks are there to ruin everything. So she challenges them to armwrestling and destroys them.
The punks run away with their tails between their legs.
The next shift of girls come later and the StuCo Prez asks for another round of armwrestling for a free pancake and utterly loses to Kamogawa.

Personal experience, but it's kind of weird that it gets that quiet after being so busy. It's one thing if it's a regular place in the city, but at a festival area? There tend to be people all the time. And it being lunch doesn't stop people from coming.

This is against the mood of the manga, but I kinda think things will unfold like this from this chapter on:

• the stage and cafe get ruined (cuz Kuzuhana, Kuzu-Mama, Reona, & Hodaka are at the fashion show)
• Shouta-kun, StuCo Prez, cafe girl(s), and/or Nekomiya's siblings gets hurt (in order of most likely to least likely)
• Kuzuhana chases after and exacts revenge; ruining her dress in the process
• Saotome gets Kuzuhana's rage to subside and their relationship gets complicated... again
• Inukai gets her ruined dress back (cries)
• everyone else is content, but nobody is happy

Kind of a darker take, but these punks will have less resistance this time. They're at the back of the school, which is far away from the rest of the student body that overwhelmed them last time with innocent bystanders caught in the middle of it.

Didn't expect the story to take this kind of turn. Could we maybe have male characters who aren't villainous? If Hana is the OTP with MC, then introducing more boys and teasing new ships would be fun.

Sorry, according to Japan's law, only the main male MC must be good in harem manga, maybe one or two close neutered friends too, but that's it. And that's only one more good male than in yuri manga where there aren't any good males at all... or just zero males, it depends.
