If Lufas and the MC are merging into one then it's possible Dina was telling the truth about being a test player. Maybe she merged with Alovenus.

In the beginning of the LNs the MC says that Alovens is used as the avatar of the devs. And since only novelised player characters exist, what if the test player came to the world as the Alovenus character the devs used, then merged with her as time went on. Would explain why she knows about PCs and NPCs.
