Well she was foreshadowed to be problematic quite a while back. First time on the roof, the 5 vamps talked about not being able to be all sevens because of 2 problematic cases. One being Nanakusa , obviously, and one undisclosed. We also get to see Kiku with Mahiru soon after, with Nanakusa remarking on her hunting a kid.
