After the accident, the man who tried to commit suicide ended up in the hospital, not MC. MC however, has developed 2 personalities due to him suppressing his lust for the girls. This 2nd personality doesn't have access to the same memories and thus does not know the girls. It's literally MC having sex with the girls. Thus, there is no ntr because it's MC, just with a different personality.

So no drop for now, but the second half of the next chapter is going to have to be EFFING AMAZING to make this somehow "not NTR" and an acceptable silly manga that is worth continuing to read.

If the author pull that off, then I want to be in the front row, the first one on their feet for the standing ovation that they will deserve.
