Simply click on the eye marker. Remember to follow them first!

Apparently only works when a title is on "Reading" or "Completed", other options make the eye unclickable.

Would like to report something.

When you press press the Eye icon twice, the status won't change. If you mark a "Read" chapter as "Unread", you can't change it back to "Read" and the caption when you hover over the Eye says "Mark as Unread". The reverse is also true. You need to refresh the page to be able to change it back.
