Young Champion Retsu not available on Kindle any more (or is it just me)?

Quick question as I don't know if it is happening to me or is a general thing...

The monthly magazine "Young Champion Retsu" by Akita Shoten (ヤングチャンピオン烈) from issue 7 of 2019 does not appear to be available on Amazon JP Kindle?!?!

All the other magazines are fine so is it me or did they stop publishing it for Kindle?

@nevian70gr General I guess. A reply in champion retsu pinned tweet also say it can't be found in kindle
