For my scanlation I used the following:
Text bubbles: Wild Words
Thought bubbles: CC Jim Lee
Small text: augie
Narration boxes: Manga Temple (though I no longer like it)
Text outside of bubbles: CC Astro City
Shouts: Zoinks
Notes for SFXs and such: Felt
Embarrassed speech: Another
Weak/feeble speech: Chiller
Fancy text: Alex Brush
SFX: CC Splashdown (used only 2 times; look for a better selection from the guide below)
