Text bubbles: Wild Words
Thought bubbles: CC Jim Lee
Small text: augie
Narration boxes: Manga Temple (though I no longer like it)
Text outside of bubbles: CC Astro City
Shouts: Zoinks
Notes for SFXs and such: Felt
Embarrassed speech: Another
Weak/feeble speech: Chiller
Fancy text: Alex Brush
SFX: CC Splashdown (used only 2 times; look for a better selection from the guide below)

Here are some sources that helped me:
This guide (AnonBlack's Typesetting Guide) has wide selection of fonts.
There's also a Reddit post discussing font templates from different groups.

Thank you! Between when I last posted and your reply I found the Komika font, which I think I will use. I learnt a lot reading the Typesetting Guide you linked, hopefully you can look forward to better typesetting from me in the future!
