It’s cause they all agreed to share in each other’s happiness (stated 1-2 chapters ago). He makes her happy so she’s trying to share him with her friend.

Not to mention it wouldn’t be NTR. NTR is the act of stealing a loved one from another. Having an open relationship, where you’re fine with you SO sleeping with other people, is not NTR.
