of course, they kicked him out when the only one know his ability and will defend him currently out for some reason.

OH, I finally understand. From the other translations, it seemed like the new enchanter was some evil lady who had some secret plans but she's just upset that the healer girl doesn't value her over the supporter she replaced. That makes WAY more sense.

Anyone know what is Philly? She looks so suspicious.
I'm not sure she's suspicious as much as she was mad that everyone was fawning over her at the welcome party and then the healer (with powerful magic) comes in and says she isn't as good as the "trashy supporter" she replaced. Which is... tbh understandable from her perspective.

It matches more with how she acts when they start fighting monsters.

Spoiler please...
There was some hint of this, but it was not completely obvious.

As usual the old party is (almost) full of morons. There's always that one arrogant dude who's completely full of himself. But here there's at least one person openly opposing their stupid opinions and out of the many other "expelled from the party" stories I'm reading, I think I've only ever seen this happen in Shin no Nakama ...and that character left the party after the protagonist was kicked out.

I'm kinda hoping Runa isn't stupid enough to keep staying for long with these idiots. Assuming they don't die now, that is. She's strong-willed enough to oppose their bandwagon opinion by herself, she should have the spine to leave when it's time for her to leave.

That new enchanter is planning out some crime or scheme.

God, most of the hero's party is so stupid and irresponsible.

In this one, the situation is wildly different.
There was one schemer with very corrupt intentions who got him to leave more or less by himself.
And two major companions who trusted him, though only one had enough freedom to leave right away.

Here the situation is more or less reversed as he was kicked out by the majority of the party while the one companion who trusts him cannot leave, for now at least. And apparently this one companion had enough authority to keep the MC in the party so the firing had to happen while she was absent. There are inconsistencies there, but basically it's a whole party of cretins who thought they could do well enough without the MC instead of one schemer.

There are a few other stories where the banished character is actually followed by one or more other party members, immediately or after a short delay. Pretty uncommon, but not rare enough that it's exactly original at this point.

I guess I worded it poorly since I just wanted to point out the similarities between Runa and Yarandrala, but I'm not disputing any of what you said; you're right and I agree. I'm just hoping out loud she'd do the same thing as her.
