You plainly missed Japan's actions from 1899-1945
After the SECOND part of the World War, they came out with this:
New=Good
Old=Lame
Time is linear
Memory is a stranger
Let's pretend it's not our fault!
"New" means less than 20 years old; and New is good.
This means between 10-15 years of age, raping children is fine... because New is Good!
That spunds like it's out of left field?
Well, that's because Japan likes to ignore the fact that they raped millions of women in Korea and China, and had a LAW that made it legal for any Japanese person to sexually assault any Korean girl over the age of 5-8-ish
And they were allowed to kill them afterward.

So... maybe study history as to why Japan thinks raping children is just fine... and how many Korean and Chinese children they intentionally murdered with their own hands just for fun; there's hundreds of pictures of Japanese stacking babies on their bayonet, to see who could get as many live babies stabbed on them.
