You did the same thing again, now with twice as many words.

So yeah. Adios!
”Everybody’s at fault” is a hard to chew concept.
Win-Lose is easier, where someone have to take all the blame (gets punished and take responsibility) while the other side is innocent. You just need to win the argument/case and all the blame rest on the defeated.
Getting out of the whose-to-blame game
It just don’t work anymore for both of them anyway.
The feeling is just not there anymore, and trying to persist just will make them miserable. The only thing left would just be revenge. For her, she probably felt relieved that he peeked on them. Not about hurting him, but to finally be free and have him off her back. Finally he can see she’s not the perfect woman he imagined her to be and leave her alone for someone else who is actually at his level.
You know what? This could've been a really interesting setting for a story. A love triangle that deals with how we balance work and personal lives, how we project and put expectations on other people and how complicated personal relationships can get in an office setting. But nah, every character is one-dimensional, because this is NTR softcore porn.
Lame.
It’s a one-shot, they’re best done straight to the point, and that’s why they’re great.
If this is a typical series, you’ll have 10+ volumes of push and pull with them going one step forward and two steps backward.
