Yea while going through my library to see what had updates. This one popped up that it had quite a few chapters added...so I decided to see if they made it interesting again...aka my comment you are replying to. And from this point on you will never see me comment again, cause I finally put it on my dropped list 🤣🤣 so I won't get updates on it ever again.

Trust me I have mangas I just stopped reading cause the story or events kept making me lose interest and I forget to remove or drop it.

Yea at first It seemed he would be raising all of them to be OP. But then they forced a love interest...who is really young since he is over 500 years old.

The multiple heroes was interesting but annoying he won so easily against them but felt good to see their harem cry..and he sweared loyalty to an annoying person I usually love seeing get crushed my mc or fmc

The author had something but had no actual plot to put stuff together.

The author of the original webnovel took a break so maybe they don't have the material to continue the manga. There's no word on when the novel will resume, if it will at all.

I really don't get why so many people complain so much. The title was very clear, he's a boring OP swordsman.

And yet when that's what they're given they complain he's not like every other isekai OP MC, whose of course always complain about for being so generic and inconsistent. It's been VERY repeated that learning from Suiboku killed all his earthly desires, so e even when he should, he won't show interest in anything but the sword, and affection for his daughter.

Anyways, too bad the hiatus never ends cuz I want to know if he ever gets to be the strongest person, since so far he's still under Suiboku not only in terms of raw power but technique and everything else.

Maybe its kind of the point that hes so strong and boring, his character development happened in those 500 years, and we didnt get to see that while everything around him is the center of their own story and thats what we should be looking at. Sansui's more like a recurring character thats always there for some reason while everyone else is experiencing their own growth

I’d say it’s the opposite, his character stagnated in those 500 years and he’s having trouble getting back to being around people again. That’s why all the people closest to him keep getting upset at his too humble and laid back attitude including his wife, daughter, master, and employer
