Sure, she is really irredeemable because she was utterly negligent to the point she let someone [whom she should've cared about] get rather obviously framed when she had all the incentive and ability to find things out (and particularly should have investigated his [for her] easily verifiable claim of never getting any letters and money (there are multiple places where things could get disappeared!). Like, with her position + being the sender, the records of the postal services should've been enough to find out this fact). But that does in no way make her an accomplice.

If he is trying to claim she was "an accomplice" because she was criminally negligent considering her professional duties, and thus better shut up lest she incriminates herself... I would argue that this case absolutely does not fall under her job's purview and was done wholly on her free time. And even the normal donations that got stolen shouldn't be her responsibility, as I highly doubt she is part of whatever department they have to investigate ledgers and the like. That would be like trying to hold a bank-mascot responsible for one of the staff stealing from the vaults.

The two girls don't believe the MC that in some way doubting him is normal in those case, but the weird thing is that those girls in an too easy way distrust the MC never check the facts of how someone with low status skills, commoner without social contacts or status to trick the system has the know-how to contract thugs and rape lots of women get caught and in less of 1 day and get processed in a trial with suspicious evidence of no hard search for evidence

Besides they knew the MC and just shut down their brain and instincts to just believe the arguments of nobles with sweet word and honorable skills, they are not guilty of hardly betraying him they just don't care of the truth or believe that something weird is happening in the "too convenient trial for someone evil elusive to caught"

For those that want to know what more or less happens to the people who betrayed our MC. Here ya go (I could be slightly off about some stuff as I had to Google translate when I was reading the light novel awhile back).

The shop keeper gets raped and sold as a sex slave. She ends up meeting Cyclo later. In the process of freeing her, she dies. He revives her as a golem type thing but she ultimately wants to stay dead because of her guilt or something.

The sister just does what siblings do and just really downplays Cyclo to an extreme and everybody believes it. Ultimately she becomes another one of Cyclo's slaves.

I can't really remember about the corrupt cop but I think he gets killed. Whatever lol.

Both the "hero" and the saintess gets caught by the king or something. The "hero" gets stripped of his title/powers and has his face given to someone else to live as him while he gets sent off to the front lines in a battle to die.

The saintess is to live a secluded lonely life exiled to a tower in the demon's territory to live out the rest of her days. This area is extremely dangerous as well so she could possibly end up getting killed there while living out her punishment.

Well, thanks to the church and her father they were barely friends at that point. She was forced to annul their engagement and have zero face to face contact. The only contact was the letters and money which she now knows weren't being delivered. I guess she was probably already frustrated as from her perspective she was constantly sending money and letters with no response. Though its unlikely the church would've allowed Cyclo to contact her even if they'd done their actual job. To be honest the more normal behavior would've been to get angry. She sacrificed her friendships, fiance, and whole life to this stupid church that still had the gall to take her money too.

As for the hero i can't remember how long they've been working together but its been for a bit iirc? And he is trusted and adored by everyone, has the support of the rulers of the kingdom, and it the heir to a duchy. The saint is also incredibly naive thanks to her upbringing. Being raised by the church to think the church is infallible and good does not make one a good judge of character. Helps the hero though as she is easily guilted into complete inaction.
