Though miyuki and the other guy are a little over the top, I do think the depictions of feeling trapped and helpless are done pretty well. Especially with the worry over getting his family involved. Emotionally it works but yeah there are some logical problems, first one being that not a single person seems to have asked for specifics. Like they say he's abusive and violent, but no one (at least no one we're shown) bothers to ask for an example. I don't know if it's more common over there for friends to suddenly turn on someone over hearsay, but getting too worked up over the details isn't worth it.
I just hope it handles the fallout well, and isn't a matter of "he does bad things!" "Oh yeah like what?" "Wtf... I don't know! Forgive me eiji sama!". If this new girl defends him and everyone else takes her word for it as if they didn't just try to ruin his life I'm going to hate the class even more.
Edit: I read the spoilers, it doesn't sound very entertaining imo. Just sets up a villain punching bag and immediately dishes out catharsis with some pretty contrived plot points. Hopefully the execution is done well, we'll see.
